Lopez Island Whale Watching
Join a Whale Watching Tour from the Lopez Islanders Resort on beautiful Lopez Island in the heart of the San Juans. We head out from May to September in search of Orcas Whales, Humpback Whales, Minke Whales, and Gray Whales. We spot whales on over 95% of our trips. We also frequently encounter sea lions, seals, porpoise, eagles, otters and sea birds. Our boats are the fastest whale watching boats land we can accomplish more in 2.5 to 3.5 hours than what the big slow boats can do in 6 to 7 hours.

Check-In begins 15 minutes to the scheduled departure. No printouts are required to check in.
We have a 25% non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee. Your trip is transferable until 72 hrs before your departure. No-shows will be charged in full. Outer Island Excursions may cancel trips due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you are refunded in full. If you do have to cancel within 72 hrs of departure, you will be charged 100%, unless we can resell your tickets.
